Bringing a historical credit union to a younger audience
The Cash Back Credit Union.
DFCU Financial is the second largest credit union in Michigan, with origins as the first credit union for Ford Motor Co. employees. But, wanting to freshen their relevancy, newer demographics had to be engaged. By demonstrating how much one could accumulate in “Cash Back,” our targeted campaign brought in a slew of younger, more active members. In addition to the number of new accounts increasing, so did the average deposit and loan amount.

The ticker, which demonstrated to prospective and current members alike the collective Cash Back share, has become synonymous with DFCU.
