The Problem
McLaren Health Plan faced two challenges. Consumers confused them with McLaren Hospital, which seemed to limit their scope. And Medicaid open enrollment was underway in Michigan, with potential members weighing coverage options. The confusion put them at a disadvantage in the marketplace.
The Solution
We developed the “You Matter” campaign. The “You Matter” tagline emphasized the personal, local touches that make McLaren Health Plan’s offerings different from competing choices during the critical enrollment period.
