The Problem

DTE Energy wanted to emphasize the ease with which customers could start, stop, or move their service. They also wanted to encourage customers to use their online Move In, Move Out portal instead of calling in.

The Solution

Moving is a pain. So we created a fun creative campaign to show how customers could make at least one part of moving a bit easier. After months of running the spots, service change calls were down while service change portal visits were way up.

Janet Muhleman co-founded Group 243 in Ann Arbor in 1975. Since then, her agency’s innovative holistic customer experience perspective drew the attention of clients and national and international agency holding companies alike.
