VIPdesk came to us to develop a brand position that would differentiate them in the competitive call center category. They also asked us to refresh their brand’s visual/verbal language and develop a new website. The core of their request was to remain true to their rich heritage while positioning them for growth.
It’s working just as planned. VIPdesk reports that their business development efforts have shown increased success with the launch of the new brand position and materials.
