DTE Energy is the energy provider (electricity and gas) to millions of customers across Michigan.
What we did:
re:group created a marketing platform and campaign to educate DTE Energy customers on important initiatives such as DTE’s energy efficiency programs, renewable energy, infrastructure improvements and community investments, among others – to make the brand more accessible and connect customers to information about their energy provider. Traditional and digital media that can reach the broadest possible audience are used to drive awareness of the key messages.
The campaign is performing well on key measures that assess both creative execution and performance, and brand favorability is higher among those who are aware of the campaign
versus those who are unaware.
