Manages the development and completion of all client reporting deliverables (dashboard builds, performance reports, ad hoc measurement, etc.). Key responsibilities also include data assimilation and ensuring data quality across campaigns, Google Analytics analysis, troubleshooting and resolving data issues, and providing input on cross-channel optimizations. The Media Analyst will also participate in presenting media performance results to internal stakeholders and clients and assist with campaign channel strategy as needed.

Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain all reporting deliverables, including dashboard builds, performance reports and any necessary ad hoc measurement
  • Data assimilation and ensuring data quality across all campaigns
  • Provide actionable insights from Google Analytics and campaign performance data
  • Meet all communicated deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends and best practices, particularly related to Google Analytics and the post-click customer journey

TASKS:

  • Point person for creation and management of digital dashboards (Google Data Studio), including collection of all necessary reporting data from internal platforms or outside vendor partners
  • Point person for management of data integration tool (Funnel) to help with digital dashboard data visualization
  • Point person for Google Analytics, including implementing proper event tracking and compiling meaningful insights and actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with media and other teams to develop and/or enhance digital strategy
  • Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Analyze data, and identify trends and insights to maximize ROI
  • Participate in presenting media performance results
  • Educate internal team members about new trends or opportunities related to job function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, engineering, marketing, business, statistics or related field
  • Google Analytics certified, and experience with Google Data Studio and/or other dashboard and analytics tools
  • 3-5+ years hands-on digital media experience
  • Experience with data integration tools (Funnel, TapClicks, Supermetrics, etc.)

  • MS Office proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Keynote)
