Page admins will soon be able to private message users from the public comments area as well as create and save responses to common questions. Instagram Gets Rid Of Square Photo Limitation: Instagram users are no longer limited to uploading just square photos. Instagram now supports landscape and portrait images! Users will start to see taller and wider images and videos in their feed. However, these images will still appear square on user’s profile.

LinkedIn Introduces “LinkedIn Lookup”: LinkedIn just introduced an app called, “LinkedIn Lookup” that allows users to more easily find, learn more about, and contact their coworkers. Emails to coworkers can also be sent directly from the app.

Facebook Adds Donate Now Button For Brand Pages: Now brands and non-profits can make it easier for supporters to contribute to causes they care about with Facebook’s new Donate Now button. This call-to-action can appear on ads and on the cover image of the brand page where users can click to contribute through the website of their choice.

Hootsuite Integrates Instagram Scheduling: Scheduling posts on Instagram has never been easy. Instagram has cracked down on third-party tools in the past that have automatically posted to Instagram accounts, but now you can schedule your posts right in Hootsuite. This update is very convenient, especially to people who already use Hootsuite to manage other social networks.
