re:group would like to cordially invite you to what is sure to be an exciting and educational summit on the business impact of health care reform in our community.
The event, Massachusetts Comes to Michigan: Lessons About Health Care Reform from Business Leaders, is sponsored by the University of Michigan’s Center for Healthcare Research & Transformation (CHRT). The symposium will feature esteemed Massachusetts and Michigan business leaders, along with University experts that will dive deeper into the implications of the Affordable Care Act in Michigan.
Why Massachusetts? In 2006, Massachusetts instituted their own version of health care reform with Chapter 58, which was immediately backed with overwhelming support from the business community. The event will take a look at how business leaders’ policy involvement affected the execution of the law, and the overall Massachusetts economy.
This summit will take place at the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan on Monday, February 11, 2013.
