It is how you look, speak and act and whether you deliver a consistent experience across your organization. Multi-unit brands, particularly those that grow by acquisition, are often challenged to deliver a consistent experience. That is why we believe it is critical to have a sound brand platform and translate how that is delivered whether online, at retail or in person. Aligning your internal constituents around your brand is the first step to building a successful brand.

We take a collaborative, inside out and outside in approach to developing marketing and brand strategy. We start by understanding you, your business model, objectives and strategies. We talk to your key stakeholders and together identify challenges and opportunities. We talk to your customers and listen to your consumers to understand their attitudes, behavior, and relationship with you or your competitors. Then we consider your environment, your industry, markets and competition. Finally, we work together with you to identify and prioritize critical initiatives, develop performance metrics and establish a plan of action which, when executed, will achieve real change and deliver real results. And, by the way, we have no bias as to what those initiatives are — we are as likely to recommend front line training or customer cross-sell incentives as a marketing campaign.

The planning role is the responsibility of the senior partners of the agency, each of whom brings over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience. Founding partner, Jan Muhleman, developed the re:group approach to brand strategy and is actively involved in developing strategy for all our clients.
