What we did:
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors (OOS) had worked hard to increase the breadth of their product offer and bring products to market that performed at par or better than competitors’ products. The objective was to help overcome the perception was that OOS’s product line was not on par with their competitors in regard to performance. This was not necessarily true, but even current customers were unaware of their progress.
OOS approached re:group to help tell their story to their customers and the entire SSL LED community. We built a three-month campaign to communicate to the SSL LED community that OOS has the right products for their applications. We used a combination of efforts including internal newsletters, publisher print and display advertising and paid search to reach both current and potential customers.
We tracked our success through customer engagement metrics such as: newsletter signups, website visits, Facebook likes, comments and engagements.
